Above bangles are unique one and I have seen them for the very first time. It is so good looking and the matt finish will capture everyone's eyes. But silver jewelry do fades and get tanned in a very short period. What to do to make them looking good for a longer time period.

The very first thing is - not to let them tarnish!
Put on your jewelry after your makeup.
Hairspray or perfume reacts with your silver jewelry.
Storing your jewelries when your are not using is VERY important!
Silver tarnish the fastest when you are not using it.
So, keep them well and away from wood products!!
They react with silver.
That means if your silver is touching wood, cardboard or paper, it will tarnish faster.
The best way to store it is in a zip-lock bag.
(Or best, the special zip-lock bag I offer with every purchase.
They are specially made with special material to resist corrosion and tarnish)
If... unfortunately they are tarnished, clean them GENTLY with a microfiber/soft silver polishing cloth.
Hard polishing will destroy the matt look.
I would not recommend you to use silver cleaning solution too, the chemical will slowly "eat" away matt look.
